If I Died In A Motorcycle Accident Would Term Life Insurance Still Pay Out To The Beneficiary.?
Posted July 28, 2009 – 4:50 pm in: term life insuranceYes. Unless:
1) Your policy states that it doesn’t pay for motorcycle accidents or
2) The insurance company asked you if you ride a motorcycle during the application process and you lied and said no. Then they could deny the claim if the policy is within the 2 year contestable claim period.

It all depends on the circumstances. The insurance company is going to find a way not to pay you. Most circumstances would be wether or not you were on any type of substance if it was a suicidal act or not. and if your still in your term limits.
Yes, unless your policy has been in effect less than 2 yrs. or unless it has a clause which specifically eliminates motorcycle accidents.
Depends on if you have a provision that voids the policy if you drive a motorcycle.
If the policy isn’t contestable, yes.
Yes. Except if you were in the act of committing a felony (or perhaps drunk/drugged).
Sure…unless they could proved you did it on purpose…
Why wouldn’t they?
