Will I Have To Submit Medical Records For Life Insurance?
Posted January 17, 2010 – 4:19 am in: structured settlements FAQI am 58 and a recovering alcoholic. I expect to pass the physical. I am exchanging one policy for another. Agent said I may or may not have to submit records. Where do I get these records? do I get them from my insurance company or doctors?

Assuming that your medical records show that you smoked, will most life insurance companies check your records, see that you smoked, and then cancel your benefit?
