HMO PPO, other. what kind of rates do you pay? what would you consider reasonable for a man, woman, child family plan? (self employed, small business owner) what about life insurance? difference between term life, whole life, cash value policies, etc.

But I’m worried my weight relative to height might keep me from the best rate. Is there some way to find out what numbers trigger higher risk? If so I might wait another year and try to lose 10-20 lbs.
