Life Insurance Policy Cash Value To Buy A Motorcycle?
Posted December 7, 2009 – 4:54 am in: structured settlements FAQI have a life insurance policy that was taken out on me when i was born. I am now 19 and it has some cash value and i want to use it to buy a new motorcycle. Is this a very good idea?

1) Your policy states that it doesn’t pay for motorcycle accidents or
2) The insurance company asked you if you ride a motorcycle during the application process and you lied and said no. Then they could deny the claim if the policy is within the 2 year contestable claim period. [...]
