I’m just curious about the following scenario
Lets say someone has a life insurance and get a death sentences.
Would the life insurance policy be automatically void?

That’s a good question, and can only be answered by reviewing the policy.
They will have a section in all that ‘mumbo jumbo’ about what will void the contract.
Usually it’s just suicide and assisted suicide………but I would check to make sure.
Techinically its not their fault they are dying – they could have gotten life in prison too.
I don’t know I would definitely check your Life Ins contract and then maybe pay the $100 to meet with a lawyer who specializes in this and see what he says.
    Good luck! ;-)
