Life Insurance Declined Due To Incorrect Gp Report?

Posted December 24, 2009 – 4:35 am in: structured settlements FAQ

Hi, my life insurance application was declined based on an absolutely incorrect GP report. In this case, clearly the GP made a mistake but I feel it is a blunder. Can I file a lawsuit against this GP based in London?

lifeinsurance.awardspace.info – try this one. I have their insurance and, as remember, they can provide such a service.

You could ask the GP to send a corrected report to the insurance company explaining they made a mistake. You could only sue if you have suffered a loss, e.g. if the mistake can’t be fixed.
