How To Find My Life Insurance Policy?

Nope.
There’s no central database, so you can’t plug your name in and look it up. It’s too old for an MIB policy search.
You need to go to the executor of her estate, and get cancelled checks for the last year before she died. If the policy was active, she would have been paying SOMEONE on it. Anyway, three years with no payment, it’s most likely lapsed anyway by now.
