How Do I Find Out Who Is The Beneficiary Of My Recently Deceased Father’s Life Insurance Policy?

Posted July 24, 2009 – 4:42 pm in: structured settlements FAQ

My father resided in Florida and when I visited him a couple of years ago I was told I and my brothers were the beneficiaries of a sizeable life insurance policy. More recently, I was told by my step-mother that there was no policy at all. Unfortunetly this woman has lied in the past and I’ve witnessed her forge my father’s signature so I can’t hlep but be suspicious of her.

Do you know who the policy was with? The only way would be to contact the company directly. If you suspect forgery, let them know along with law enforcement offials where he lived and it will be investigated by both.
